Where run.events is the better choice
- More of it is built today: a sales CRM, lead retrieval, invoicing and a mobile app are all in its plans.
- It covers conferences too, with abstract and agenda management.
- It says it is hosted in the EU and GDPR compliant.
- Its prices are public, with unlimited events and users in each plan.
Where Evemos is different
- Press and crew accreditation is built in, with an invite link per media outlet or company and approval before a badge goes out. We did not find accreditation on the run.events site.
- Every module is in one price. On run.events, expo and booth management comes with the Professional plan, at €8,500 a year.
- Evemos is built for trade shows and exhibitions only, so the floor plan, the exhibitor portal and the booth list are where the product starts.

Questions organisers ask
How much does run.events cost for a trade fair?
Its Expo & Fair plans run from €4,300 to €9,900 a year, net, for up to 500 exhibitors, plus a one-time onboarding fee of €990. Expo and booth management starts on the Professional plan at €8,500 a year.
Does run.events do press accreditation?
We found no accreditation module on its site. It has check-in, badging and access control, so ask run.events how it handles approving journalists before their badges go out.
Can I move from run.events to Evemos?
Yes. Send us your exhibitor, contact and booth lists as spreadsheets and we import them during onboarding. If you have a drawing of your hall, as a PDF or CAD file, we draw your Evemos floor plan from it.
What Evemos does today

Today it runs registration forms with approval, QR badges by email, check-in at the door, press and crew accreditation, the floor plan with booth allocation and a public hall map, and an exhibitor portal with each exhibitor's booth, purchases and deadlines.
Online booth booking, service orders, lead scanning and EU e-invoicing are on the way; the product overview shows how each part connects. Book a demo and we will walk through your own show.
