Comparison

Evemos vs profairs: features, price and who each one suits

Pick profairs if you are a German-speaking organiser who wants a service shop and online booth booking for exhibitors now, and you already use pretix or TICKETINO for tickets and Lexware or a similar tool for invoices. Pick Evemos if you want registration, accreditation, badges and check-in in the same product as the floor plan, with the floor plan included in the price.

Where profairs is the better choice

  • Its exhibitor area already has a service shop and booth booking, both still planned in Evemos.
  • It connects to tools German organisers already use: pretix, TICKETINO, Lexware Office and HubSpot.
  • It says it works with more than 40 organisers, from joint stands of 10 to 15 companies to fairs with over 1,000 exhibitors.
  • Its prices are public, and the smallest plan is €1,980 a year.

Where Evemos is different

  • Registration, badges and check-in are part of Evemos, so there is no second system to keep in step with the exhibitor list.
  • Press and crew accreditation, with approval before a badge goes out.
  • The floor plan is included in the price, and the price depends on exhibitors per year, not on the number of shows.

Price

profairs publishes its prices, excluding VAT. Startup is €990 to set up and €1,980 a year for 1 fair and up to 100 exhibitors a year; the interactive hall plan adds €480 a year and booth booking €900. Regular is €1,490 to set up and €3,960 a year for up to 3 fairs and 300 exhibitors; the hall plan adds €720 and booth booking €1,440. Larger organisers get a quote.

Contracts run for at least one year and renew each year unless cancelled with three months' notice.

Evemos: From €1,200 a year for shows with up to 50 exhibitors. Prices exclude VAT.

Questions organisers ask

How much does profairs cost with a hall plan and booth booking?

On the Startup plan, the hall plan and booth booking take the yearly fee from €1,980 to €3,360, plus €990 to set up. On Regular it comes to €6,120 a year plus €1,490 to set up. All excluding VAT.

Does profairs do ticketing and check-in?

profairs connects to pretix and TICKETINO for tickets, check-in and badge printing, and passes voucher codes to them. In Evemos, registration, badges and check-in are built in.

Can I move from profairs to Evemos?

Yes. Send us your exhibitor, contact and booth lists as spreadsheets and we import them during onboarding. If you have a drawing of your hall, as a PDF or CAD file, we draw your Evemos floor plan from it.

What Evemos does today

Evemos is software for organisers of trade shows and exhibitions. Today it runs registration forms with approval, QR badges by email, check-in at the door, press and crew accreditation, the floor plan with booth allocation and a public hall map, and an exhibitor portal with each exhibitor's booth, purchases and deadlines.

Online booth booking, service orders, lead scanning and EU e-invoicing are on the way; the product overview shows how each part connects. Book a demo and we will walk through your own show.
