Comparison
Evemos vs ExpoFP: features, price and who each one suits
Pick ExpoFP if the floor plan and online booth sales are all you need and you already have tools for registration, badges and check-in. Pick Evemos if you want the floor plan in the same place as registration, accreditation, badges, check-in and the exhibitor portal, so the hall plan and the exhibitor list are one list instead of two.

Where ExpoFP is the better choice
- Exhibitors can reserve and pay for a booth on the map today. In Evemos, your team assigns booths, and online booking is still planned.
- Its prices are public and start at $149 a month, which suits a single show with a simple hall.
- On the Standard and Pro plans, its team builds and maintains the map for you.
Where Evemos is different
- Registration, accreditation, badges and check-in are in the same product as the floor plan, so nobody keeps an exhibitor list and a hall plan in step by hand.
- Press and crew accreditation, with an invite link per organisation and approval before a badge goes out.
- Exhibitors sign in to a portal with a link by email and see their booth, what they bought and their deadlines.
Price
ExpoFP publishes its prices in dollars. DIY costs $149 a month and can be cancelled at any time. Light is $990 once, with 1 month of hosting and no booth reservation. Standard is $1,500 once, with 6 months of hosting. Pro is $2,100 once, with 12 months of hosting, for up to 1,000 booths.
Evemos: From €1,200 a year for shows with up to 50 exhibitors. Prices exclude VAT.

Questions organisers ask
Does ExpoFP do registration and check-in?
ExpoFP describes itself as a floor plan and booth sales platform, and we found no registration, badge or check-in module on its site. Ask ExpoFP directly if you need them.
Is Evemos an alternative to ExpoFP?
It is if you want the floor plan, registration, accreditation, badges and check-in in one product. If exhibitors booking and paying for booths on the map is the main thing you need this year, ExpoFP does that today and Evemos does not yet.
Can I move from ExpoFP to Evemos?
Yes. Send us your exhibitor, contact and booth lists as spreadsheets and we import them during onboarding. If you have a drawing of your hall, as a PDF or CAD file, we draw your Evemos floor plan from it.
What Evemos does today
Evemos is software for organisers of trade shows and exhibitions. Today it runs registration forms with approval, QR badges by email, check-in at the door, press and crew accreditation, the floor plan with booth allocation and a public hall map, and an exhibitor portal with each exhibitor's booth, purchases and deadlines.
Online booth booking, service orders, lead scanning and EU e-invoicing are on the way; the product overview shows how each part connects. Book a demo and we will walk through your own show.
